Anqing Teachers College was set
up on 1897, is an institution of higher learning. It is settled in Anqing,
Anhui Province, China. Then Anqing Teachers College is renamed into Anqing
Normal University and thus attained its climax in Chinese modern history of
higher education. The campus of Anqing
Normal University has seen numerous changes in its long history. There are eighteen
Schools and Departments and sixty-nine majors of 4-year-course in the college
and four main of postgraduates. The college devotes great attention to the field
of study building and has key discipline groups of different kinds. It
possesses more than ten research institutes. The university perseveres in
combing scientific research with educational activity work.
