Heilongjiang University

Heilongjiang University was set up on 1941, is a famous national university in the city of Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, People's Republic of China. It is renowned in languages, Marxism philosophy, business study commercial law, and water conservancy. University of Heilongjiang is a Provincial carried on 211 universities and a Provincial key university.
