Yunnan Normal University

Yunnan Normal University or YNNU was set up on 1938, as the National Normal College of Southwestern Union University. It is a famous key university of Yunnan Province, with a long history and a great tradition. It is settled in Kunming, the capital city of Yunnan Province. It has 26 schools and more than 40 research centers and institutes. YNNU has provided ten fields of study in literature, education, philosophy, law, history, management, engineering, economics, science, and arts, which are well coordinated in their development. YNNU provides 86 bachelor’s programs, 1 postdoctoral research program, 1 doctoral program in a first-class field of study, 7 doctoral programs in second-class disciplines, 26 master’s programs in first-class disciplines, one hundred and thirty master’s programs in second-class fields of study, and 10 professional master’s programs, such as MBA and M.Ed.
