Utkal University, Bhubaneswar

Utkal University was launched on 1943, also known famous as Vani Vihar. It is the 17th most former University in India. It mission to allow for the scholars with knowledge, skill, values and sensitivity necessary for a productive citizen and  to create and spread knowledge through interdisciplinary research and creative inquiry in growing a meaningful and sustainable society. There are at present 27 Post-Graduate Departments settled in the University Campus for Post-Graduate studies and research in respective disciplines of Business Administration, Social Science, Science, Humanities, Law and Commerce. This is in fact the most prominent associating University in the country with about 267 associated Colleges (Degree Colleges-219, Professional College-44, and Other Constituent Colleges-2) under its jurisdiction.
