Nalanda Open University Study Centre

Nalanda Open University or NOU was set up on 1987. It is a most famous public university and settled at Patna in Bihar state, India. It is an only one University in the State of Bihar thought of for contributing studying exclusively through the system of distance education. It University has 28 Educational centers approximately Bihar and Jharkhand in cities like Jamshedpur and Ranchi and in important towns like Katihar and small towns like Bettiah, catering to the education needs of every section of the society.
