West Bengal State University

West Bengal State University was launched on 2008, normally famous known as WBSU and Barasat University is a public university located in Barasat, North 24 Paraganas, near the city of Kolkata, West Bengal, India. The University is located a library on the ground floor of its primary building with internet facility. All the thirty postgraduate course classes have started. This became functional from the academic session 2008–09. On 26 May 2008, there were sixty-three colleges formerly associated with the University of Calcutta.
