Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon
Open University was launched on 1999, is a public university in Allahabad,
Uttar Pradesh. Now the Library holds the collecting on different streams of
Humanities, Social Sciences, Natural Sciences and developing Sciences. The
university plans to offer access to educational activity for large sections of
population and, in particular, disadvantaged groups such as those living in
remote and rural areas letting in working people, homemakers and other adults
who wish to upgrade or acquire knowledge through studies. It Offer education
and training in several arts, crafts and skills of the country in general and
the state in particular and simultaneously insure raising their quality and bettering
their availability to the people.
