Petrozavodsk State University

Petrozavodsk State University or PetrSU was set up on 1940, is a famous public classical university. It is settled in Petrozavodsk, Republic of Karelia, Russian Federation. The university is made up of eighty departments, nine faculties, seven educational institutes and 8 research institutes, and eighty-four laboratories. PetrSU is placed highly amongst high research centers in many fields admitting programming, information technology, and microelectronics, problems of timber, plasma research, and building. It has also a number of development and project departments, twenty-seven innovative departments, twenty-eight small enterprises, two techno parks, a publishing house, a scientific library. Nowadays more than fourteen thousand eight hundred scholars attend classes in respective undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate programs. PetrSU offers all degree programs in following study fields.
