Nanjing University of Traditional
Chinese Medicine or NJUCM was set up on 15 Oct 1954, is the most former
university in China dedicated to the study of traditional Chinese medicine. It
is settled in Nanjing, capital of China's Jiangsu province. At present has 2
campuses located in Xianlin and Hanzhongmen of Nanjing, together covering an field
of over 100 hectares. NJUCM provides twenty-eight undergraduate programs,
covering 6 fields of study letting in medicine, engineering, management,
science, economics, and humanities. It has forty-seven master programs, thirty-two
doctor programs and three post-doctoral programs, with over 20,000 students at respective
levels on campus. It boasts ten directly associated schools, thirty-two associated
hospitals, and over hundred training and internship bases.
