Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine
or AHUTCM was set up on 1959, is a famous comprehensive public university based in Hefei, Anhui
province, China. It has offered degree programs fields of study in technology,
engineering, management and economics. It has seven schools providing
three key courses of the provincial level, one key course of the national
level, eighteen Master’s degree-awarding spots, four bases for cultivating the
doctoral students cooperating with other medical universities, six hi-tech TCM
research institutes, two key laboratories of the provincial level, two associated
hospitals of the provincial level, one TCM clinic and 1 hospital specified in
the combination of Chinese and Western medicine. It has twenty-two majors running
to a Bachelor’s degree, such as Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture,
Osteology, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Rehabilitation and Nursing.
