Davangere University

Davangere University was founded in the year 2008. It is a public state university settled in Davangere, Karnataka. It is settled at Shivagangothri Campus at Tolahunase, nine kilometer from Davangere city. It is one of the most youthful associating type of universities in Karnataka. The university has 5 faculties Arts, Science and Technology, Commerce and Management, Engineering and Education. It has 7 post-graduate departments of studies and research on the primary campus providing 8 post-graduate and 1 P.G. diploma courses. The university has hundred twelve Colleges associated to it in total, with one Constituent College and one Autonomous College, providing Graduate and Post-Graduate programmes in respective disciplines catering to the educational needs of more than 60,000 scholars.
