Birsa Agricultural University

Birsa Agricultural University was founded on 26 June 1981. It is located an agricultural university at Kanke, Ranchi in the Indian state of Jharkhand. Its primary aim is to grow field specific technologies and manpower in the area of agriculture, animal husbandry and woodland for the agricultural development. It is offereing programmes and activities of education, research and extension are carried out by respective faculties.
