The Zhejiang University City College Hangzhou China was founded in 1999 and was influential with the Ministry of Education in China and Zhejiang Province Govt. Worked together through the Municipal Government of Hangzhou and Zhejiang University. ZU City College was established in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province.
