QIP 2017 IIT Roorkee

Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee or IIT Roorkee was set up on 1847, is one of the largest technical institutions in the nation having the most prominent number of academic units. It has twenty-one academic departments covering engineering, applied sciences, humanities & social sciences, and management programmes, three centres of excellence, one academic centre, five academic service centres and three supporting units. The Quality Improvement Programme (QIP) Centre or QIP IIT Roorkee was begun in 1970 – 71. It primary aims striving to better the quality of technical education among engineering faculty in the nation since its inception. It has been building feats to advance the teaching curricula and enhance the knowledge of teachers of respective engineering colleges / institutions.
