Penza State University

Penza State University was set up on 1943, is major famous university of the region. It has located in Penza, Russia. Penza State University is celebrating its seventieth anniversary on 2013. The university has ten faculties and five institutes. It has offered sixty-four bachelor academic programmes, twenty-six masters’ programmes, sixteen specialist academic programmes and seventy-five post-graduate programmes in following faculties. It has enrollment 21 600 scholars with 1700 international students at the university nowadays. It has 1500 university teaching staff in 14:4 scholar-teacher ratio.
