Zhongnan University of Economics
and Law or ZUEL was set up on 1948, is one of the top ten specialist finance,
economic and juristic universities under guide administration of the Ministry
of Education of the People's Republic of China. It is an institution of higher
education with economics, law, and management as its core fields of study. It
is a national key university settled in Wuhan, China. It is indicated as one of
the 211 Project institutions and listed in the 985 Innovative Platforms for Key
Disciplines Project. ZUEL has one key research base of humanities at the state
level, two key fields of study at the state level, four key research bases of
humanities at the provincial level, nineteen key fields of study at the
ministerial and provincial level. It has offered thirty-five undergraduate
programs, sixty-four master programs, thirty-two doctoral programs and three
post-doctoral programs.
