Sichuan Agricultural University
was set up on 1906, is a university settled in Ya'an city, Sichuan province,
China. It is part of the “Project 211”. It has provided specialized in
biotechnology and agricultural sciences, as well as providing degrees in
management, veterinary medicine, physical science, liberal arts, engineering,
economics, pedagogy and law. It regulates seventeen colleges, five research
institutes and several research centers. It provided degree fields of study in three
post-doctoral programs of first level disciplinary, thirty-two fields of study
with the power to award doctoral degrees, seventy-three specialized disciplines
for masters and sixty-six for undergraduates. The university, one of the 1st two
hundred universities in China entitled to receive overseas scholars, is active
in international academic exchanges with more than thirty universities and
research institutes. SAU consists of 3 Campuses.
