Liaoning University of Petroleum
and Chemical Technology or Liaoning Shihua University (LSHU) was set up on
1950, is a famous university in Fushun, Liaoning, People's Republic of China authority
the provincial government. It is the beginning petroleum and chemical
technology university of People's Republic of China. There are thirteen
academicians of Chinese Academy of Science and Chinese Academy of Engineering.
Its engineering is comparatively strong in China, particularly in petroleum
related areas. Presently the university possesses two joint PhD programs, twelve
first-grade fields of study master programs, forty-five second-grade discipline
master programs, fourteen engineering programs and business administration
master programs, fifty undergraduate programs, and twenty-six vocational
specialties. LSHU actively formulates its campus culture, and advocates the
principle of schooling.
