Fujian Normal University

Fujian Normal University or FNU was set up on 1907, is a key institution of educational activity in Fuzhou. It is most former university and one of China’s most time-honored teachers’ colleges. FNU has 2 campuses, Qishan and Cangshan, with a full land area of almost 230 hectares. The University has 28 colleges, which together offer fifty-six undergraduate programs, over one hundred twenty master programs (letting in those conferring professional degrees in pedagogy, physical culture and arts, public administration,), almost fifty doctoral programs and seven post-doctoral research centers. These programs cover fields of study in literature, history, law, business philosophy, economics, management, physics, engineering, pedagogy, agriculture etcetera. FNU has also been authoritative by the State to offer on-the-job training for teachers of elementary, secondary, occupational schools as well as colleges.
