Tamil Nadu Teacher Education University

Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University was set up on 2008. It is a state university settled in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University is a singular University of this kind, for it is the beginning and only one University in India, which is exclusively launched for encouraging excellence in Teachers Education. It has 665 colleges that are providing Bachelor of Education (B. Ed.) degree courses, are associated with the university. Some of these associated colleges are also providing Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree courses also. The Mission of the University as per the Act is to produce brilliant marking and dynamic teachers for the benefit of one and all.
