Indraprastha Institute of
Information Technology, Delhi or IIIT-Delhi was launched on 2008, is a self-directed
university in Delhi, India. IIIT-Delhi was placed fifty-six among all kind of
Indian universities in 2016 through National Institutional Ranking Framework, Ministry
of Human Resource Development Government of India. The institute has forced
nearly thirty faculty members and its academic program comprised of B.Tech.,
M.Tech and Ph.D. programs in CSE and ECE. Smt. Sheila Dikshit, Chief Minister
of Delhi, introduced the campus in October, 2012. It is a research-oriented
university with strong center on research at undergraduate and postgraduate degrees.
