Dr. Punjabrao Deshmukh Krishi Vidyapeeth

Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Krishi Vidyapeeth or PDKV or PKV was established in October 20, 1969, it is an agricultural university settled at Akola, in Maharashtra, India, in the Vidarbha region. The University is committed with the obligation of agricultural education, research and extension education along with breeder and foundation seed programmes. The University has over a full 3425 hectares of cultivable land under its possession for conducting respective researches, field test in addition to seed multiplication programme. PDKV has offered Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Agricultural Sciences and Agricultural Engineering & Technology. It Admission to all the degree, Post Graduate and Doctorate degree programmes are made by MCAER, Pune.
