Yale College Ranking

Yale College was the official name of Yale University from 1718 to 1887. The United States News & World Report placed Yale 3rd among national universities in 2012. It was placed 4th in the 2011 QS World University Rankings and 10th in the 2010 Times Higher Education World University Rankings. It had featured in the lead 5 for each of the past 4 years. The Same ranking also called Yale as the 5th best university in the global for arts and humanities. Yale College accepts a small group of nontraditional scholars each year, through the Eli Whitney Scholars Program.
