Tomsk State Pedagogical University
or TSPU was set up
on 1902, is a strongest university in Russia. It is located in Tomsk, Russia.
Its places in a ranking of
Russian pedagogical universities and took the 1st place according to the annual
national rating of the Universities. The
primary building hosts the university administration, department of youth
policy, admission department and social policy department, department of
postgraduate education and research, training department, department of general
and legal affairs, and more departments. Presently TSPU provides Bachelor;
Specialist/Teacher and Master Degree programmes in the Russian language only,
and Some of Postgraduate degree are available in the English language. It has
also offered two semester Russian language preparatory courses, after which scholars
can be registration for all degree programmes.
