Bielefeld University of Applied
Sciences was set up on 1st August
1971, is the 2nd biggest education institution in Bielefeld. The University believes in the
growing impact of the international dimension in educational activity and
professional life. It separates itself into 5 faculties. The Faculty of Architecture,
Civil Engineering, Engineering and Computer Science is settled in the town of
Minden and The
Faculty of Design is settled in a separate building close to the Oetker Concert
Hall as well as a public park named Bürger Park.
