Jinan University

Jinan University was set up on 1906, is a famous public research and comprehensive university. It is one of the most former universities founded on mainland China tracing back to the Qing dynasty. It was admitted in the state's Project 211 for growth of key universities on 1996. Jinan University has twenty-seven colleges, comprising fifty-nine departments and providing eighty-nine undergraduate major fields of study. Among the fifty-five departments, forty-three departments provide master's degree programs and nineteen departments offer Ph.D degree granting programs. Jinan University has been active at academic exchanges and has instituted academic cooperation or academic exchange liaison with more than one hundred eighty universities and research institutes
