Gansu Agricultural University

Gansu Agricultural University or GAU was set up on 1946 as a National Veterinary College. It was called Gansu Agricultural University in 1958. It is a famous comprehensive agricultural university in Gansu Province. It is a university settled in Lanzhou, Gansu province, People's Republic of China. GAU has five colleges and sixteen department, which provide forty-six undergraduate programs, forty-three graduate master programs, three postdoctoral research stations, three first level discipline doctor degree authoritative units and four first level field of study master degree authorized units, nineteen doctoral programs, one key discipline ant national level, one key discipline at Ministry of Agriculture level, twelve key field of study at provincial level.
