CA Institute full name is Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) was set up on 1949, is a most important national professional accounting body of India. It is the 2nd heaviest professional accounting body in the global in terms of membership second only to AICPA. The Delegation of the ICAI as declared through it is the Indian Chartered Accountancy profession will be the respected trustees of world class financial competencies, good organization and competitiveness. The Council consists of thirty-two elected fellow members and up to eight members appointed by the Government of India. The Council is elect again every three years.
